network. Initially, the agency will serve JSI Alliance port calls, with the potential to expand services in the
future.
By managing key operational processes in house, Alliance Ship Agency LLC enhances control, efficiency,
and service quality for U.S. port operations. The venture reflects a clear strategic commitment to the
U.S. market and reinforces the Harren Group’s expertise in port agency services and project logistics.
